Decode Ericsson Cell Trace (.bin.gz) files to CSV.

A small, dependency-free Python library and CLI that decodes the byte-aligned parts of the Ericsson Performance Events File Format (spec 18/1551-LZA 701 6014/1 Uen N) — file header, scanner connection records, the 32-byte common event header, and the file footer — into named CSV columns. The per-event bit-packed payload is preserved as payload_hex so the rest of the decode (which needs the SW-release-specific Ericsson event catalog) can be completed downstream.

This library does not require the proprietary event_*.asn files and does not depend on Ericsson ENM. Pure stdlib Python.
